I found this to be very helpful with calming anxiety. I still would feel anxious thoughts coming on, but they didn’t seem to bother me as much with just a quarter of the dropper (from a 500mg bottle-about 4mg only)
One tip: I did discover, personally, that I need to take a dose with food on my stomach, otherwise I feel a little bit lightheaded. Very similar to how I feel if I take zinc on an empty stomach.
Would like to know others experiences with dosage for treating headaches. I found that you really have to take it in the very early stages of a headache (if taking a small dose at least)
